You know what today is, don't you? Why it was only four short years ago that Pigdump was born. No, not the cat Pigdump, he must have been born, oh, about 25 years ago and goodness knows the internet wasn't really around then.

Pigdump dot com launched on August 26th, 1999 and I'm gonna be the first to congratulate myself. Oh yes, I've seen it all...the boom, the bust (and when you've said that you've said a mouthful!), e-commerce solutions and the Way new Economy™. Remember "newbies" and "lurking"? Heh heh. Getting "flamed"? Man oh man how we've all grown up here!

Through these last 4 years, I've never asked much of you. Okay, maybe I begged you to vote for The Great Canadian Band, and perhaps once or twice I solicited a Clip Art Comic...but really, I haven't shamed myself. Until now. Please send me your thoughts - bitter and sweet - on Pigdump. Perhaps it's how your day doesn't start until you've had a little TQC™. Or it could be a favourite chart. Or even some of our great sponsors of the past.

Send in your thoughts, good wishes, letters of praise (or dump). And if writing isn't your thing, I would love to get some money. So feel free to send that if you want. I wouldn't say no to a bit of extra cash in my pocket. And hey, you know, money is a cold gift, no emotion, says nothing about the giver or receiver (though I still love getting free money.) So if you feel that way, a nice bottle of single malt would do fine. Especially a Lagavulin or Bowmore. Not that I wouldn't turn down a malt from a region outside of Islay. No sir! A Macallan or Talisker would be thoughtful too!
