Nope.
Last Friday, which happened to be the first day of spring, I saw my first robin. After mounds and pounds of snow and ice (which seems to have vanished overnight) the air was fresh and the sun shone. Oh sure, there was that unmistakable smell of melting dog poo, but face it, dog poo air and the robin's return go hand-in-hand this time of year. If you know what I mean.
So with the air redolent of rump and a spring in my step, I found one of my favourite pictures and wanted to share it with you. So I did. See above. A lovely flower just waiting for a dose of warm sunlight. Sigh.
