Feeling gravity's pull
part 3 Another indication that you're kinda getting into your gravity years is... ummm, what was I going to say again? Oh ya, the odd memory lapse.Now we're not talking alzheimer's or anything really drastic. Just the odd moment when a name escapes you. Like the other day when I was watching a movie with that actor... oh man what's his name again? Always reminds me of that other guy... you know the one with that thing on his chin... oh you'd know him if you saw him... man, I'm going to wake up at 3 in the morning and remember his name. Oh well, I can't remember what I was talking about. And it can make a monkey of you too. Like once when I was talking to my family about what I needed for Christmas. "I could REALLY use those things... you know, what do you call those things to take hot things out of the oven...?" Well, the family laughed and laughed at me... "ha ha... the turkey's done, better hand me those things to take hot things out of the oven! Ha ha!" Then on Christmas morning they laughed even more as every single gift I opened contained a pair of... oh man, what are they called again? You know, those things that you take hot things out of the oven with... oh #?&% it!
