How's the old TQCTM portal these days?
 It's been a long time since we checked in on the portal that promises Top Quality ContentTM day in day out. Have you noticed? There are some new faces on the block.
While this is always exciting for the TQC TM Board of Directors, it also presents challenges. How does the hierarchy work? Who gets top billing? When do we pull a TQCTM link for lack of TQCTM ? Big questions, and no easy answers.
So for now, we'll present a report card of how all the favourite TQC sites are doing. And for those who may be taking notes, we've used only the finest robust empirical research to come up with these grades:

This fine content site has always held the torch for the rest of the gang, cutting a swath through the World Wide Web, speeding along the Information Super Highway and taunting the Swiss. However, there was a 3 month dry spell earlier in the year (see SafetyCarrot.com) which prohibits this fine TQCTM crew from getting the full marks. |

Ah yes, the content site with an adenoid problem. Spoothe continues to push that envelope and think outside the box. I mean these guys do real programming, eh? Alas, the full marks cannot be handed out to this TQCTM group. Several down periods - though not as long as Strongsmell.com's - have worked against the big brains at Spoothe. |

These kids almost fell right off the map. In fact Spoothe and Stronsmell.com have removed this poetry-wielding TQCTM link from their pages. Why? (heh heh.) Well, the poetry for one thing. And the 3000-plus hours out of commission for a spell. But RQ is back, fresh and new - though the poetry still dominates the page. Marriage may put an end to this kind of romantic behaviour. Let's hope! |

This is the newest member of the TQCTM family, and so far they score pretty high. You see, this group of realists has never promised TQCTM day in day out like the rest of us clowns. A weekly hit of musings, rants or raves is what you get with DWU. But kids, enough about spring already, eh? |

Like the Down With Up folks, there have been no promises made on this TQCTM site. In fact, nature is really driving this big orange content bus! Safety Carrot, from the makers of Strongsmell.com, is the first site in the TQCTM portal to show actual flesh... the real flesh and bellies and hairy chests of the Safety Carrot developers! That's worth an A+ in our books! However, Safety Carrot her/himself has gone well past due date, so we had to knock 'em down a tad. But only a tad, man. Bring it on! |

We're kidding, right? You're saying this TQCTM site has been kicking the other TQCTM sites' asses. Just count up the entries in the past year. Pigdump rules, dude! Well here's the deal: Pigdump was the first one who promised TQCTM day in day out. And we haven't delivered. Oh, there were many stretches when the content just wouldn't stop. But was it TQCTM ? We don't think so. Sometimes witty, sometimes pensive, often lame. Let's face it - Fox television fills up its programming day. But is it top quality? You be the judge. Any questions? |
