The great thing about Islay is that it's a small island so you can get around it pretty easily. Well, if you have someone who doesn't mind driving on ridiculously small roads, someone who isn't freaked out when sheep and cattle take to those small roads, that is. And there are seven - count 'em - seven distilleries on the wee island! So it's easy to see 'em all. We did eight in seven days! "Huh?", you ask. Well, just off Islay is the even teenier island of Jura with its own distillery. We went there too!
