 Anyone who knows me knows I LOVE POTATOES! And I don't just mean that I love potatoes, I really really really love 'em! There is no bad recipe when it comes to potatoes. Boiled, riced or filler in a stew, there's nothing more satisfying than the friendly brown tuber of the good earth. Okay, it can be red, or yellow... or blue even, depending on who's mutating it.From morning to night, the potato rules. Just think about it... hash browns, home fries, potato poopies, potato salad, potato soup, latkes, riced potatoes, those heavenly garlic mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, roast potatoes, gnocchi, scalloped potatoes, blintzes, and of course those teeny tiny new potatoes boiled and served with butter and a touch of salt. Mmm mmm mmm! And if it's junk food you want, well hell it's STILL the best! What would our late night snack time be without potato chips? And imagine a burger and shake without French fries. I know, why spend prime Top Quality real estate on the potato? Well, like I said, I just LOVE POTATOES! Thanks and good luck.
